How is it managed?
Coverpoint is hosted and monitored 24 hours per day for availability and security. It is stable and reliable. In the past three years we have had little to no down time that has affected business.

You grant access - you only allow who you want to access the products and reporting processes. All people have a user identifier and passwords to secure their access rights. These rights are easy to manage.
Via web services Coverpoint can be used for access direct to the customer. This allows you to be innovative in your relationship with customers and allows them to enjoy the benefits of greater access to your products and services.
Coverpoint is constantly being developed and upgraded. These features will all come as standard in the package. Back-end integration is possible.
How long does it take?
Once we have received the required information from you, development and testing is very short as we are using our proven components. Once complete you can be reaching a wider audience and saving time and money while having more control and providing you with real time reporting.
The timetable varies we will commit to a fixed period for development. A typical time for development of requirements is eight to twelve weeks.
